Recent experience:

  • Advising an Analyst on her employer’s failure to consider health and safety needs, and attempts to make her redundant
  • Advising a senior executive on her employer’s refusal to properly consider her request for flexible working. Proceedings were issued for indirect sex discrimination and a breach of the flexible working regulations. The matter settled for a substantial sum
  • Advising an employee on his right to ordinary and additional paternity leave
  • Representing an employer client on their defence of a maternity discrimination claim
